Life Insurance and Disability Benefits

We believe that our employees should be adequately covered in case something unexpected happens. Therefore, we provide all of our employees with life insurance benefits as follows:

• Basic Life insurance = 2 times your benefit earnings
• Basic AD&D insurance = 2 times your benefit earnings

In addition, we offer our employees the opportunity to purchase supplemental life insurance at competitive group rates through the convenience of payroll deduction.

After three months of employment, we provide all benefit-eligible employees with Short Term Disability benefits that will replace all or a portion of your salary if you are unable to work due to a non-work-related injury or illness for up to six months. LexisNexis pays the full price of this coverage.

If you are unable to work after 120 days of Short Term Disability, you may apply for benefits under our Long Term Disability program through Standard Life.
